Job Description

This new role will independently initiate, plan, and lead multiple initiatives & functions with cross-functional teams to deliver The Nordy Club!

This is a remote US-based role; travel may be required.

A day in the life…

Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously of small to large impact, risk and complexity working in a fast-paced environment communicating schedule, status, scope, and decisions through accurate in-market delivery. Lead small and large cross-functional project teams to deliver complex efforts from beginning to end; including effective meeting management, accurate stakeholder engagement, comprehensive change management to deliver strategic Loyalty program goals and initiatives. Demonstrate an ability to gather, analyze, and interpret information from different stakeholders to effectively resolve a range of challenges, presenting tradeoffs for steering & making recommendations for the business. Exhibits drive and problem-solving mindset, working independently and with others to build solid business requirements, rally support from key stakeholders & drive successful completion. Effectively builds relationships cross-functionally with multiple teams by; demonstrating a broad understanding of how the business operates & the unique challenges of each area, proactively sharing insights across relevant departments, driving discussion, recommending actions. Involves the right partners when needed. Lead business stakeholders, technology partners and vendors to develop and document cross-functional processes and change management plans ensuring effective communication and stakeholder satisfaction. Proactively collect feedback and constructive criticism to improve future performance & continuously improve work methods to increase overall efficiency and quality. Know & understand business objective and desired results well enough to question. Demonstrate general business understanding of own area and curiosity to learn, understand & empathize with other areas Communicate decisions, plans, goals, and strategies clearly/concisely. Organize complex information using visual techniques to support the message in written and oral formats with project team & manager to drive action.

This role is right for you if you have . . .

  • 3-5 years of Program Management or equivalent experience; Loyalty experience is a plus
  • 1+ years of experience working directly with Marketing, Product Management, Technology, Audit, Legal, Compliance team members to achieve goals in a cross-collaborative manner
  • A track record of delivering results and achieving objectives through collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with senior business leaders, vendors and peers through effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Adaptive and Flexible, can anticipate and adapt with positivity to new situations and/or changing demands
  • Ability to manage ambiguity by creating structure, process, and prioritization
  • Ability and experience in teaching & training
  • Curiosity in loyalty, technology, data & compliance

California: $80,000 - $155,000 Annually, Colorado: $80,000 - $132,000 Annually, Nevada: $80,000 - $132,000 Annually, New York: $80,000 - $155,000 Annually, Rhode Island: $80,000 - $132,000 Annually, Washington: $80,000 - $155,000 Annually
