Program Manager

These resources will be in charge of managing highly visible remediation projects assigned to analytic teams. Specific projects will include (but not be limited to) utilizing data to find populations of customer impacted by specific issues and in need of remediation actions.

DUTIES
- This resource will directly support the hiring manager by leading and overseeing multiple projects
- Draw Roadmaps, track completion of initiatives, proactively give updates to leadership on progress
- Manage 10+ small to medium sized projects at a time
- Manage operations for analytics teams
- Ensuring project timelines are met
- Managing deliverables
- Identifying variables that may cause delays in project delivery
- Handling escalated issues
- Acting as a liaison with executive leadership

- Direct experience in program management with proven track record of success
- Ability to managed and deliver multiple projects in parallel
- Executive presence with ability to communicate with teams and leadership
- Can make projects easy to track on the way to production
- Ability to proactively update leadership on progress, potential issues, and timelines

EXPERIENCE:
- Direct experience in program/ project management or experience leading multiple large initiatives at once
- Finance/ Banking experience is preferred (Regulated environment)
- Analytics background is preferred but not required (Technical aptitude)
- Proven track record of executing large projects with ability to juggle multiple efforts at once
- Understanding of banking products

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $75.67 - $82.45 per hour
