Then the Program Manager position is for you! We are seeking a dynamic, team-oriented and caring individual to join our spirited team.
Scope of Position: Provide leadership and direction for all Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth staff and provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients. Oversee participants’ case management files and ensure adherence to contract regulations.
Responsibilities
· Supervise program staff to ensure contract regulations are being followed and targets met
· Establish professional working relationships to develop and maintain community support
· Facilitate tract and functional team meetings to ensure timely dissemination of information and effective use of program resources
· Provide positive vision for required changes during program operation
· Address human resource and staff concerns in partnership with the Reginal Coordinator
· Ensure that staff and program resources are being utilized appropriately
· Utilize positive communication techniques to resolve issues
· Communicate with staff to incorporate appropriate concepts/suggestions
· Analyze and understand labor market information as well as performance data to help make strategic programmatic decisions
· Facilitate weekly staff meetings
· Make recommendations of hiring and termination of staff
· Supervise functional team members to align with program needs
· Maintain current knowledge of state and local guidelines and regulations
· Perform day-to-day management of office operations

Qualifications
· Minimum of five years of professional experience in public administration, human services or a related field,
· At least three years of management or supervisory experience in workforce development
· Should have skills and experience in providing career development assistance
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Previous project management experience desired
· Ability to gather and synthesize information from multiple sources
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
· Must have experience in team-oriented environment
· Able to work fully onsite, fully virtual or in a hybrid environment
· Should be able to converse with a wide range of professionals and demonstrate a positive professional attitude
Required Education
· Bachelor's degree in business, education, human services, or related area is required, Master's degree preferred
