Program Manager

Job Functions

• Build relationships with existing and new customers, identify opportunities, propose solutions, and review program performance
• Collaborate with account management to write proposals for new business development
• Hire and build capable engineering teams to deliver engineering services
• Sponsor and oversee critical projects to ensure customer satisfaction, business performance, and efficient use of resources; address customer and personnel issues to ensure a healthy center and a positive working environment
• Develop and mentor project managers and team leads in their responsibilities to foster an accountability culture and maintain a healthy, effective team
• Cascade business strategies through goal-setting and appraisal processes
• Champion employee engagement throughout team and promote a good working environment for all employees in line with Quest Global values and culture
• Make critical decisions to balance needs of stakeholders (customers, employees, and the company), and develop site-specific strategies in line with business unit strategies and market conditions
• Promote quality culture and administer systems that ensure consistent business excellence; create, monitor, and report on KPIs
• Analyze and forecast business performance to drive continuous improvement of the business, implement new business models, and institute best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering or Management with at least 8 years of management experience; experience in power generation industry is preferred
• Demonstrated global mindset and ability to collaborate effectively across cultures
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently, with change management experience and a track record of challenging the status quo
• Ability to communicate and present effectively and clearly with management, peers, team members, and clients
• Ability to influence and negotiate to effect optimal business outcomes that are wins for all parties
• Good business acumen and the ability to analyze data to gain insights and can use these to identify business improvement opportunities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
