The Job At-A Glance:
Q2 has developed the Innovation Studio, the first its kind ecosystem of third-party technologies for banks, credit unions, and their account holders that fundamentally changes the way financial institutions and fintechs are able to work together. The marketplace consists of over 120 third-parties who have developed integrations into Q2’s digital banking platform, providing access to over 450 financial institution and tens of millions of end-users.
The Q2 Innovation Studio Team currently has a great new opportunity available for a Go-to-Market Program Manager who will be responsible for managing and delivering cross-functional, complex projects that enable, expand, or expedite revenue generation through the Innovation Studio model. This person will proactively seek out opportunities to build scalable programs and campaigns to enable the organization.
A Typical Day:
Create revenue-generating campaigns and programs to be utilized by the customer-facing roles throughout the organization
Lead new strategic initiatives and GTM of key product launches from initial evaluation through deployment
Oversee project management of key team initiatives to ensure leaders align on prioritization and timelines are maintained
Formulate, organize, and project-manage cross-functional coordination of team projects
Lead data initiatives and transform into campaigns and scalable plays
Oversee communications and enablement plans for cross-functional programs and campaigns
Identify opportunities to streamline current systems to improve efficiencies
Measure effectiveness of campaigns and programs
Support the facilitation of success stories of partners and customers
Bring Your Passion, Do What You Love. Here's What You're Looking For:
BA or professional experience equivalent
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 6+ years of experience; or equivalent related work experience.
Demonstrated proficiency in managing complex projects end-to-end
Aggressive attention to detail
Exceptional communication and persuasion skills
Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Experience in negotiating priorities amongst leadership
Strong teamwork skills, flexibility, and the ability to devise and drive solutions
