Program Manager

Position: Program Manager

Location: Bellevue, WA, - Hybrid (2 Days in Office)

Note: Essentially we are looking for someone with Program management and little bit of account management as well.

• Bachelor’s degree in science & technology related field of study, master’s in management preferred.
• Project Management Certification (PMP preferred)
• Should be well versed in Agile based Metrics driven project management.
• Minimum of 8 years’ international(onsite-offshore model) experience in managing projects preferably in chemical industry
• Overall ERP/IT experience of 15 + years
• Experience to set up and manage digital transformation projects end-to-end (all project phases).
• Ability to develop strong relationship of stakeholders.
• Ability to think strategically and implement methodically and work independently.
• Ability to communicate at all levels of an organization crisply and optimally across all functions, from business to technical.
• Ability to build relationship with other teams, CXO management with an expectation to grow the account year on year
• Experience being an account manager with proven track record of growing accounts will be a added plus
• KPI for success include – maintaining/growing account margin, account growth, account relationship
• Ability to influence and propose industry specific value add solutions.
• Knowledge of Project Management Tools – MS Project, TFS-Devops
• Result Driven, Collaborative with Teamwork.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $72,486.39 - $137,512.78 per year
