Job Description and Requirements

This Program Manager, also called as Technical Program Manager, manages end-to-end ZEBU SW releases .He/she oversees and coordinates from planning al the way to production to ensure the releases meet Corporate business goals. Their main duties include organizing various programs and activities to improve operation efficiencies, building long-term goals for company projects and developing program and project budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with PAE and PM owners to define the initial release content and build dashboard to track progress and generate status report
  • Run R&D and PV resource budgeting by collecting development effort estimates, project team, project start and end date, validation estimates
  • Detect and resolve conflicts coming out during planning and coordinate among R&D, PAE and PV team to streamline the waterfall procedure
  • Drive, manage, monitor, and report the timely transition based on pre-defined entry/exit criteria of each release stage
  • Report and drive for closure with Release core team on release content changes happened post planning
  • Ensure and facilitate the highest standard of customer service and satisfaction in terms of developing and improving processes as well as supporting tools
  • Identify and escalate release management issues in a timely manner to the appropriate level of management

Education/Requirements:
  • Relevant work experience plus 5-8 years project management
  • 2+ years people management
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience troubleshooting problems, finding and implementing solutions
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Strong customer service experience and focus

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $130,000-$227,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
