Targeted salary range: $41,040-$43,600
Brief Statement of Duties
Brief Statement of Duties:
Assist with the creation, expansion and operations of any/all types of programs, including online, that focus on training and workforce development, and the needs of private, public and non-profit sectors of the Upper Peninsula and surrounding region. Assist with the development of new educational initiatives, revenue growth, community groups, agencies and other educational facilities.

Required Minimum Work Experience:
One year of professional experience in online and/or face-to-face program management or related. Budgets and budget planning experience.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Attributes Required for Satisfactory Performance of the Position Duties:
Knowledge of online learning technologies, course design and development, corporate training principles and training needs analysis.
Oral and written communication skills.
Ability to balance time between multiple active trainings at once.
Ability to direct, manage, coordinate and evaluate the activities of support staff and contracted employees.
Ability to identify potential funding sources, and work with others to secure funding for programs and projects.
Knowledge of online marketing strategies.
Ability to maintain active relationships and partnerships with a variety of constituencies.
Ability to accurately and efficiently perform required computerized tasks to include word processing, spreadsheets, various databases, email, internet or web-based applications.
Additional Desirable Qualifications

Online training or project management platform experience.
Master's Degree in Training/Development, Education, Public Administration, Public Policy, Management, Business Administration or related.
