CACI is looking for a fast learning, highly organized Program Staffing Specialist to join our dynamic Program Management Office in support of the EITaaS contract for the United States Air Force. This role will be based out of Chantilly, VA with remote flexibility at times.
Job duties include:

Collaborating closely with the corporate compensation team to accurately map employees to the correct job levels and labor categories

Support the Staffing Manager with developing and implementing staffing solutions

Attend weekly staffing meetings and capture action items and updates

Formatting and editing job descriptions

Maintaining the staffing portal with accurate job openings and may assist with processing candidates through the system

Create process workflows and be able to articulate and document the steps concisely

Assist with ad hoc staffing projects

Coordinates as a member of the Business Operations team as initiatives and projects arise, and assists with complex problem-solving, reporting, auditing, and personnel status reporting.

Collect disparate data sources to construct a better understanding of the employee experience to effectively improve the reporting metrics.

Engages with the EITaaS Program work force, increasing open lines of communication between front-line personnel, managers, and Program Leadership for the purpose continuous staffing models within the program.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications

Ability to obtain a Secret level clearance
-
Must have at least 1 year of direct experience working on a program providing staffing support, tracking candidates, and open positions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong communication skills and work ethic; self-starter

Experience and comfortability leading meetings and calls.

Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Proven experience as a staffing coordinator or similar position

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university

Professional Experience: 5+ years related experience supporting projects

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $59,400-$121,800. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
