At SCE FCU, we strive to provide exceptional financial services to our members, and technology plays a pivotal role in achieving this goal. As a Programmer Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing our critical software applications while ensuring they align with our business needs and industry best practices. Focused on digital solutions and the member experience, this position will research, develop, code, test, and maintain programs and interfaces for the credit union core and third-party systems and will also create forms, letters and reports as requested to enhance system capabilities.
Note: The salary range posted for this position is based on the candidate residing in California. The range may be adjusted for candidates in other states based on their local compensation market.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have proficient skills navigating a PC and internet browser. The individual must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel). The individual must have a working knowledge of smart phones and using apps.

A significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required. In-depth dialogue, conversations and explanations with internal team members and outside vendors can be of a sensitive nature.
