We are looking for a motivated and business-minded Junior Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who has some initial experience in sales or sales operations and is eager to develop their skills in managing client relationships and driving revenue. As a Junior Inside Account Manager, you will work closely with existing customers, learn how to identify opportunities, and help expand our product footprint. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to working with clients of all sizes and industries across the EMEA region. 
 
In this role, you will: 
  • Support revenue growth by working with existing clients, focusing on expansion opportunities within our product portfolio
  • Engage with qualified inbound leads and learn how to execute outbound lead generation activities
  • Assist in reviewing, contacting, and qualifying leads from current customers
  • Develop strong communication and basic selling skills while learning to understand client needs and solutions
  • Conduct research on accounts to identify key players and support strategies to expand the client relationship
  • Collaborate with the sales team and Progress partners to explore new opportunities and sell through them
  • Help build and maintain the sales pipeline, forecast progress, and contribute to achieving the quarterly revenue targets
  • Perform basic online product demos and learn to cross-sell and up-sell within our product portfolio
  • Keep Salesforce.com updated with accurate customer data, insights, and records of interactions
  • Develop an understanding of the competitive landscape 
Your background: 
  • Fluency in English with strong communication skills; any other European language would be a plus
  • Interest in software sales and willingness to learn the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals
  • Some experience in a sales-related role (internship or entry-level position)
  • Eagerness to engage with clients and have meaningful conversations with both technical and business audiences
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Willingness to learn how to qualify opportunities and reach the right decision-makers 
Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have: 
  • Some experience with cold-calling or following up on new leads
  • Interest or knowledge in CMS solutions
