Join us as a Renewal Account Manager working out of your home office in the United States, and help us do what we do best: propelling business forward.This will be a 4 month temporary assignment to start. Due to team location, those in EST or CST zone are preferred.The DX (Digital Experience) team is currently looking for Renewal Account Manager to join our Sales organization. As a member of the Account Maintenance team you will be responsible for following up with clients to assist them with renewing their licenses as well as identifying potential cross-sell and upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate will have... excellent interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and have the drive to succeed!In this role, you will: Contact clients about their renewal plansCoordinate renewal tasks with internal teams, including: Account Management, Finance and LegalCollect and prepare data related to customer’s existing contract and product usageSupport Account Management by identifying upsell / cross-sell opportunitiesPerform post renewal tasks such as booking orders, and maintain accurate records of renewal opportunities and contract recordsYour background: Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not requiredApplicable experience in a sales or similar renewals based roleStrong analytical skills, disciplined attention to detail, highly organized and thoroughStrong interpersonal skillsCRM ExperienceExperience with Microsoft OfficeThis is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to get into software/tech sales organization and learn/grow with some of the best in the industry.If this sounds like you and fits your experience and career goals, we’d be happy to chat.   What we offer in return is the opportunity to experience a great company culture with wonderful colleagues to learn from and collaborate with.Apply Now!#LI-SC1#LI-remoteShow full descriptionCollapse
