Join Forbes’ 2024 Best Employer for Diversity!As a Process Consultant Lead for Progressive's Fleet and Specialty Programs (FSP), you’ll establish new processes and find opportunities to continuously improve existing processes across the organization, through your collaboration with business partners in various functional areas such as underwriting, product management, and accounting. Your initial primary focus will be our Workers’ Compensation product where you will assist with the roll-out and operational maturity of our new Policy and Billing system and processes. You’ll also support critical Merger & Acquisition integration projects and enterprise-wide initiatives.
