LMI is seeking a skilled Project Management Support Analyst to provide remote support. Successful LMI Project Management Analyst demonstrate competency in project execution, reporting and analysis, relationship management, and communication while upholding the highest standard of ethical behavior.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate input from multiple work teams to update reports

Gather and consolidate data from multiple sources (at times, using manual processes such as phone calls to gather and verify data)

Report on status and track deadlines

Revise project documents and standard operating procedures

Guide meetings and follow up on action items and deliverables

Conduct quality reviews of our team’s deliverables

Collaborate with Project Management Teams in the development, review, and update of project deliverables

Support project team meetings through note-taking and task tracking

Review, monitor, and report on project deliverables.
- Develop and provide recommendations for corrective action or improvement as necessary.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project management support

Intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Ability to communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem solving
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience in federal project management support preferred.
