Duties and Responsibilities
The Project Assistant (PA) reports to the Senior Project Lead (SPL) and the Project Directors (PDs). The PA will assist with administrative tasks of the project and will work 10hrs/week.
Key Responsibilities:

- Tracking manuscript and presentation submissions by senior project staff.
- Assists with editing manuscripts for the team.
- Follows up with IRB submissions.
- Data entry and transcription of recordings for qualitative analysis.
- Helps organize data for annual reports.
- Takes notes during the B-WEP@LUC Management Team meetings as well as key stakeholder meetings.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education and/or Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree in related field and zero-one year of related experience.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is required; masters preferred
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive)
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work collaboratively
