Project Assistant FAIR

Do you have at least 1 year of experience in project management including managing project administration and budget wise in different projects?


Do you able to work with others (across the units and other stakeholders) to execute the task in a timely fashion?


Do you hold a bachelor degree in public policy, international relations or other fields?

The Role:


Oxfam in Indonesia is looking for Project Assistant to deliver the work of administrative support to activities and project implementations related to sustainable and responsible value chain. She/He will be supervised by Project Manager Fair for All particularly in the area project administrative and event organizing. He/she will support Project Manager and Program Manager in planning, preparing and execution of project activities.

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:

  • Systems Thinking
  • Hold a bachelor degree in public policy, international relations or other fields
  • At least 1 year experience in project management including managing project administration and budget wise in different projects.
  • Ability to work with others (across the units and other stakeholders) to execute the task in a timely fashion.

Desirable


  • Good communication and relationship building
  • Sound knowledge on gender mainstreaming in projects and guide project staff herein. Having Knowledge and experience of promoting gender equity, and an active commitment to promoting the interests of marginalized people in all aspects of Oxfam’s work
