If you are an experienced Project Coordinator looking for a position with a leading company, Bartech can help! We are a leading staffing firm and our clients include some of the biggest companies in the nation. Our client has a need for a Project Coordinator. This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Applicant must be eligible to work in the US for immediate opening. For this opportunity, the successful candidate will be directly employed by Bartech Staffing as a W2 employee while providing services to our end client.
Project Coordinator
Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Project Coordinator will include:
  • Compensation (Range): $35-40 /hour
  • Project Coordinator- Golden, CO
  • 6-month contract with potential to extend
  • Pay- $35-41/hr- based on experience
  • The project coordinator will be working directly with a program manager to manage several US government research and development projects based out of the Golden, CO office, which will include creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress and timeliness of project deliverables and milestones, and estimating resources needed for completion of project work. This position reports to the Global Technology Manager as well as to program management team, and work with principal investigators and various business partners. Hours spent in this position qualify as experience required for PMP certification.

Job Requirements
As a Project Coordinator you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of the principles of project management (budgeting, planning/scheduling, scope management, risk management, team management)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to details under pressure
  • Ability to work with little supervision
  • A deep working knowledge of Excel
  • Skilled with Microsoft products: Office 365, Project, SharePoint, Visio
Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, technical or related field
  • Experience with government project management
  • Experience with Clarity PPM software
