The Project Coordinator Temp will be responsible for project management and support of strategic Inclusive Excellence programs and initiatives. Responsibilities will also include end-to-end event planning and logistics, vendor relations and routine administrative tasks. The Coordinator will need to quickly understand key TCU Processes and Contacts to maximize effectiveness.
This is a year-round temporary part-time in-person role. The work schedule will generally be 3 - 5 days a week but will vary during peak periods based on projects and deadlines.
1. Proactively builds relationships within Neeley and across the TCU campus to build work continuity.
2. Executes end-to-end event planning and logistics for meetings, residency programs, and conferences.
3. Facilitates purchasing and vendor relationships.
4. Supports communication plans (internal and external).
5. Supports projects related to Inclusive Excellence initiatives and programs.
6. Provides ad hoc student support.
7. Effectively uses TCU applications, websites, portals etc.
8. Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures; posting informational notices; reporting needed repairs.
9. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
10. Provides office support by receiving, completing, verifying and evaluating information; preparing and distributing mailings; establishing and maintaining files; producing reports.
11. Performs other related duties as assigned.
