Job Title: Project Director
General Description:
The Project Director oversees the operations and coordination of all grant activities for Family Violence Prevention (FVP) American Rescue Plan ( ARP) COVID-19 and Sexual Assault federal grants. The Project Director will ensure grant goals and related objectives are implemented and will be responsible for timely data collection and reporting.
Supervision Received: Work is performed under the general direction of the Program Manager.
Supervision Exercised: None

Complete monthly departmental reports and tribal and federal agency reports as required.
Required-
Establish and maintain ethical and professional boundaries with program participants and maintain the highest confidentiality level.
Required-
Be self-motivated and capable of maintaining an adequate work ethic without close supervision.
Required-
Must have an empathetic understanding and general knowledge of the impact of common social problems (i.e., addiction, mental health, domestic violence, sexual assault, etc.
Education:
Masters Preferred-
Master’s degree in a helping profession or human resources administration.
Bachelors Required-
Bachelor's degree in a helping profession such as counseling, social work, or equivalent.
Education Note:
Training And Experience:
Preferred Training (6 months - 3 years)-
Experience working with First American populations preferred
Preferred Training (0 - 6 months)-
Experience managing federal grants preferred.
Preferred Training (0 - 6 months)-
Experience working with survivors of domestic and sexual violence preferred.
Licenses, Certifications, Other:
Required-
Valid Oklahoma Drivers License
Physical Requirements:
Required-
Be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Work Environment:
Office work environment 40 hours per week
