For Rivoir Capital, the only independent infrastructure manager in The Netherlands, we are looking for a Project Finance Manager. They are a fast growing, independent infrastructure manager, which provide services to investors in vital infrastructure assets that are of great value for the economic and societal growth of The Netherlands.
Rivoir Capital is active in the development, construction and management of big complex, private financed infrastructure projects. They are involved from start to finish including assessing the strategy, managing of the project and the processes, and the management of the financials, contracts and assets. Their way of working is structured and focused on delivering clear products and results through risk management and quality control. They have a strong focus on sustainability and governance and they are involved in projects in the field of mobility (highways, bridges and tunnels) renewable energy.
Team Profile
Rivoir Capital originated in 2018 and is currently working with an organization of 15 employees. Rivoir aims to increase the number of employees up to 20 in 2023. The current Finance & Accounting will be increased from 7 FTE to 9 FTE and is responsible for the administration. With this team you will closely work together to support the complete portfolio of Rivoir Capital of €8 billion of asset value.
Due to the growth phase in which Rivoir Capital currently is and to be better facilitate the interaction between employees and teams, Rivoir will be moving to a newly opened office in the upcoming year. Their am and aspiration is to expand business within Europe, having already landed a contract in Norway and seeking new opportunities in Belgium and Germany among other. Due to this further national and international growth, Rivoir is seeking a professional and experienced Project Finance Manager.
Job description
Rivoir is looking for an ambitious, self-starting and entrepreneurial finance professional. As Project Finance Manager, you are responsible for the entire concession of large projects, overseeing the complete project, driving the financial process and being the first point of contact. In this role, you closely work together with international banks, investors and advisors about legal, fiscal and financial topics. Hereby, you have intensive contact with the construction consortium or maintenance company and the client. Furthermore, you are comfortable and enjoy working with various parties and large budget simultaneously.
