Roles & Responsibilities:

Project Lead supports to expand Quest Global’s engagement with Power, Oil& Gas Customers.
- Ensures effective execution & project management of multiple ongoing statements of work across multiple geographies

Provides leadership to a team of multi discipline engineers, and be responsible for developing the future leaders of the program. Will leverage experience to consolidate lessons learned, best practices, and customer standards to ensure on-time delivery and increase customer value additions.
- Understanding the requirements of the project and coordinating effectively with local team
- Lead periodic and structured communication rhythms with customer leadership to review engagement progress, enforce governance, and to propose solution ideas to stimulate the growth of the Siemens client account.

Identify and address deviations/issues in project in consultation with Manager
- Effectively interpreting various applicable international codes and standards along with customer internal standards
- Manage customer relationships and perceptions through development and execution of a customer contact plan

Prepare and present project health and progress with respect to project success and team management

Provide technical presentations and proposal requirements to internal and external customers

Define technical scoping, estimation, fitment and feasibility studies, mapping customer expectations and solution design.

Create Tools to automate and lean the process based in international work experience.

Prepare collateral and proposals for internal and external customers to grow our existing engagements

Applying knowledge of SE standards for detail design of compressor components
- Preparing detailed Models and Drawings using Siemens NX integrated with Teamcenter
- Managing engineering Bill of Materials using Siemens NX, Teamcenter and SAP
- Performing detail self-review , peer and technical review, Participating and leading design reviews
- Ensure quality and timely deliveries of engineering documentation
- Managing project activities, schedule and budget using IPMS
Required Skills (Technical Competency):

B.S. in an engineering Mechanical/ Industrial.

Project Management skills

8+ years of experience as a Design & manufacturing engineer
- Organizational skills, Problem-solving skills, Leadership,

Customer Relationship management, Conflict Management

Good understanding of US laws and Quest Global policies
- Exposure to Large & Small Gas Turbine components

Experienced in After Market Service
-
Proficient in Siemens Nx and Teamcenter

SAP experience is a plus
Desired Skills:

Power Generation or Aerospace background preferred
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

Mostly Office Environments, Occasional Shop Floor involvement.

Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.

Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.

Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.

Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9AM to 4PM
