PROJECT LEADER

SAP Team Lead Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience in SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, Third party interfaces, CPI, Solution manager. Knowledge in integration of functional modules (FI, SD, MM).
• Experience in handling US client mandatory
• 10 - 15 years SAP experience including 5 years as a team lead or managerial capacity
• 5 years of project management experience
• Experience in systems project management implementation in multiple countries
• Prior experience in systems related experience in construction/engineering/chemical/pharma industry preferred
• Completed at least 3 cycles of SAP implementations
• Responsibilities:
• Provides effective direction, guidance, motivation and support to the team members;
• Coaches, trains team members and facilitates cross working and knowledge sharing.
• Lead SAP team and allocates resources effectively to provide user support and system support.
• Collaborates effectively with other Teams to resolve user incidents and provides adequate response to adhoc user queries
• Works closely with Global Team Members on all SAP issues, risks, controls and procedures and collaborates jointly with team members and third party service providers on solutions;
• Manages third party service providers, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with timelines and quality requirements;
• Reviews and validates work estimates produced by team members
• Ensures fit for purpose documentation of blueprints, trainings, quick-reference-guides, detailed scripts and manuals, presentations etc
• Collaborates closely with users and gathers requirements as input for SAP implementations and enhancements
• Actively manages relationships of key business owners across all entities and external SAP vendors/SAP service providers;
• Works closely with team members to constantly seek improvement in the quality of SAP delivery; Accountable for ensuring that SAP solutions delivered will effectively meet the business needs, are aligned to overall strategy and processes are harmonized
• Contributes to the SAP strategy and choice of SAP development solutions, methods, standards, tools to ensure that the solution adheres to SAP best practice within the constraints of the development environment (e.g. budget, resources and quality);
• Provides organizational leadership and guidelines for the acquisition, sharing and exploitation of SAP functional technical knowledge and understanding;
