Sr. Project Coordinator with overall experience into project management, coordination and daily interaction with key client project stakeholders.

A talent who is knowledgeable about Microsoft Technologies, Testing, Automation Testing and RPA.

Sr. Project Coordinator JD:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with communicate with both internal and external key stakeholders in an effective way
• Consistently deliver assigned tasks within agreed timelines
• Follow up and report the progress during weekly review meetings
• Owns Resource Fulfilment and Onboarding
• Tracking of SOW approvals and signoffs from clients
• Keep the process documents (SOPs, work instructions, etc) up to date and ensure the periodic reviews are completed on time
• Complete ownership entire timely submissions of Timesheets & Invoices
• Work closely with process owners within the group to ensure processes are compliant both from quality and compliance perspective
• Support actively for audit preparation and follow up for resolution of findings

Experience:

• 6-10 years of experience working in IT Projects/Process coordinating with multiple stake holders located across the globe.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in MS office tools (Excel, Power Point & Word)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills: oral and written, listening.
• Experience working in IT Applications Development, Testing and Maintenance projects is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of IT Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Quality Metrices and Operating Level Agreements (OLAs) is preferred
• Good communication skills: oral and written, listening.
• Self-driven and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
