ABS Kids is currently seeking a dedicated Project Manager/Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the success of our clinical operations group. Our Administrative Support team members play a vital role in advancing our mission to make a difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. Every team member at ABS Kids is passionate about providing best in class support to our direct care providers, who in turn deliver the highest quality ABA therapy to our patients.

What will you do?

• Serve as a point of contact for teams, ensuring coordination and alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, providing regular updates to the leadership team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively communicate them to stakeholders.
• Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, adapting schedules and targets as needed.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout project development and implementation.
• Analyze incoming documentation and reports, determining their significance and facilitating their distribution.
• Facilitate meetings, drive project issues to resolution, and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential challenges, and develop contingency plans.
• Encourage positive action and accountability within the project team.
• Manage vendor relationships and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) related to projects.
• Conduct project postmortems and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Ensure a smooth post-implementation transition for projects.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with online collaboration platforms and cloud systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with sensitive company information.
