Summary:

Manage creative projects throughout the production process—establish production schedules, act as liaison between the Integrated Communications team and partners from other divisions, proofread copy and supervise corrections, coordinate production, and ensure projects are completed by agreed upon deadlines.

This exempt position will report to the Senior Project Manager in the Division of Integrated Communications. It is based in our Chicago office and is a hybrid role: 3 days per week in the office/2 days per week remote.

Required Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university is required. Communications, Marketing, or related degree preferred.
  
• At least 4+ years of project management experience, preferably in the marketing, communications, or graphic design space.
  
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  
• Experience with Monday.com or other project management software is preferred.
  
• Familiarity with the printing process a plus.
