Project Manager

Overview:

The Project Manager is responsible for managing Unified Insights Analytics projects delivered by the Deployment Services team

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project documentation such as project plans, risk register, issues lists,
configuration guides, etc.
Coordinate resources to effectively ensure successful execution of the project plan and deliver a
quality project
Support the performance of defining project scope and requirements (i.e., business analysis)
Act as liaisons between users, product management, sales and developers to define software
solution requirements and document specifications
Maintain internal company project tracking system for each assigned project
Assures the quality of software solution being shipped to client, through reviews with project team
and other methodical software quality assurance processes
Assist the users in acceptance testing, developing procedures, and updating documentation
Act as expert resource for Customer Service, Tech Support and other departments in all
functional and content areas associated with a project
Coordinates the development and revision of Software documentation, Tools, Templates,
Techniques, Training as an output from each project

Qualifications:

To be considered for and to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Qualifications include:

K-12 education space experience
Experience in project management using recognized PMI methodologies
Understands data warehouse architecture and data warehousing best practices
Lead or participate in mapping client source data to Hoonuit Analytics data model
Ability to coordinate cross-functional groups to accomplish goals
Ability to manage deliverables during all phases of the product development life cycle\
Ability to understand business concepts and issues as well as technical systems processes
Ability to communicate professionally, concisely and effectively, both verbally and in writing
Ability to generate technical but user-friendly procedural documents
BA or BS in relevant field or equivalent prior work experience and training
