Framatome is headquartered in Lynchburg, Virginia with primary locations to include Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania; Mansfield, Massachusetts; Richland, Washington; and Charlotte, North Carolina.

How Project Managers contribute to our mission:

• Coordinates multiple project activities by preparing project plans, schedules, materials, and directing personnel using team building skills to achieve project quality, reliability, cost, and timing objectives.
• Provides primary interface between the project’s team, management, and clients.
• Defines and forecasts needed skills to meet project objectives.
• Monitors overall execution of project activities, risks, customer’s expectations, and performance measurement.

Where Project Managers make an impact:

• The Fuel Business Unit designs, fabricates and markets innovative fuel assemblies and core components providing integrated fuel-related services for Pressurized Water Reactors and Boiling Water Reactors.
• The Installed Base Business Unit provides solution services and products for maintenance, modernization, and the extension of new and in-service reactors as well as those in the dismantling phase.
• The Instrumentation and Control Business Unit designs and fabricates safety I&C and automation systems through integration for nuclear power plants.

All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this opportunity:

• BS Degree in Business, Engineering or similar field, or related experience in lieu of degree, plus 8 years of project work experience. Incumbents should have achieved and continue to maintain Framatome level C certification.

The following may be used to differentiate candidates who apply for this position:

• Certifications may be required or preferred such as PMP and LSS Black Belt.
• An ideal candidate will also bring knowledge of nuclear, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a drive for problem solving in a dynamic environment.

Our total rewards package

The range of base salary for the position is between $91,000 - $124,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
