- Create pulse surveys Create action plans from pulse survey
- Partner on Listening Sessions
- Maintain Monthly CM Calendar, with all key activities
- Training communications Change Agent Network (CAN)
- Partner on creation of monthly deck Update CAN Teams channel - monitor FAQ's, posts & post deck and collateral after meetings
- Enhance distribution list - targeted communications, reinforce why and key messages SharePoint Update w/ relevant content
- Administration maintenance (Barings, CapGemini and MM Ascend all need to be added manually)
- Transition to BAU for go-live Training Schedule all Rooms & Zoom for Train the Trainer Create
- End User Training Schedule
- Schedule all Rooms & Zoom for End User Training, partnering with TTT for appropriate schedule Produce Training metric report working with Workday Liaison (Lauren Comeau - HR)
- Validate & update end user list on a quarterly basis
