Join the 1Path team for an exciting opportunity as a Project Manager! Under the direction of the Director of Project Management, the Project Manager plans and executes projects for 1Path clients as per 1Path standard process. The Project Manager is responsible for creating project plans based on the Scope of Work provided by the Technical Account Manager, facilitating project kick-off meetings between 1Path and the client via Microsoft Teams, providing weekly project updates, and ensuring completed projects are properly documented and closed. In this role, you will participate in daily huddles with your Project Systems Engineering team, attend monthly 1:1s with the Director of Project Management, and maintain clear, consistent, and informative communication with clients to ensure any issues, client to-dos, and service impacts are highlighted proactively. The right candidate for this role is extremely customer service oriented, is very comfortable using Microsoft Office, always remains organized and proactive, and values Teamwork above all else.
Responsible for managing 25-30 projects simultaneously
Facilitate and manage small-scale and medium-scale IT projects for a diverse book of clients
Lead all project communication with clients and support teams to ensure that all stakeholders are engaged and aware of major changes and milestones
Collaborate with local service teams and Project Engineers to resolve project roadblocks and/or unforeseen complications as needed
Manage project lifecycle and ensure that assigned project closure tasks happen in a timely manner
Manage project order budget and due dates, and provide financial updates to internal stakeholders on a weekly and monthly basis
Lead project pod and ensure that Project Engineers have the tools to succeed on the project; facilitate escalations where help is required
Mentor Project Coordinators and provide guidance and escalation support for their projects when needed
Maintain clear, concise, and consistent client communications regarding project statuses where needed
Manage small-scale IT projects and lifecycles, ensuring project closure tasks are completed month-to-month
Coordinate amongst multiple departments and roles to ensure projects are delivered in a timely and efficient manner
Update project due dates and estimated completion dates for accurate monthly revenue reporting
Professional Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2+ years of Project Management or Project Coordination experience
Experience in Customer Service environments
Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Previous experience in MSP Operations roles a huge plus!
Certifications: CompTIA Project+ highly desired
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work through a variety of methods including mail, Microsoft Teams, telephone, and face-to-face

Our anticipated compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, and the range below indicates the low end of the lowest-compensated market to the high end of the highest-compensated market.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience. The hiring pay range for this position is anticipated between $55,000 - $65,000 annually.
