Our headquarters is located at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains near historic Golden, Colorado with an additional office located in Northern California (Redwood City).

About the Role

The Implementation Project Manager will report to the VP of PPM. Within the Operations team there are four groups: Portfolio & Program Management (PPM), Integrated Supply Chain & Manufacturing Services, Data Services & Cloud Hosting and Customer Success. This role will lead project management for the implementation programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cross functional project teams, defining project scope, planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will be responsible for developing, tracking, and reporting on the projects. They will effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. The ideal candidate displays a professional and polished demeaner while also exhibiting an exceptional commitment to confidentiality, accuracy, detail, and project follow-up.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Area of Focus: Commercial projects, including managing the full client implementation process for BioIntelliSense's medical device solutions
  • Define project objectives, requirements, and assumptions necessary to structure a project or activity
  • Develop and drive project plans, aligning program tactics with project strategy
  • Manage projects within established scope, schedule, and budget while meeting and exceeding project management standards
  • Facilitate and lead effective project meetings, manage change and conflict, and develop resource planning estimates to manage project workload and productivity
  • Communicates project analytics, status, plans and strategies to executive management
Requirements:

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4-7 years of experience in program management or related discipline
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar certification is strongly recommended
  • Experience using and implementing Lean and Six Sigma tools and methodologies
  • Ability to learn all functions of the business and build bridges between functions to further the overall goals of the organization – must be a collaborator and communicator
  • Accepts responsibility and accountability for project success and associated key decisions
  • Continuous improvement mindset and a result and quality driven approach
  • Advanced analytical skills: demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex process/system issues
  • Strong communication skills: ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous initiatives
  • Experience with Smartsheet or other project management tool
  • Healthcare experience and medical device experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time – Exempt

Salary Expectations: $100,000-$125,000 total compensation (based on location and experience)

Work Location: Golden, CO or Redwood City, CA Preferred

Estimated Travel: Ability to travel up to 20% of time (minimal travel expected)
