JOB SUMMARY/OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead our web development team in the creation and maintenance of TriNet.com and Zenefits.com marketing websites, and other marketing tools and apps. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product owners, internal teams, and members of both TriNet's and Zenefits' marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the web development project lifecycle for TriNet.com and Zenefits.com.

• Coordinate effectively with developers, testers, and web designers to guarantee that websites remain up-to-date, efficient, and user-friendly.

• Foster strong relationships with product owners and other teams, as well as key stakeholders from TriNet.

• Implement project management best practices to ensure timely project completion and successful delivery.

• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and website optimization.

• Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager's discretion.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Bachelor's degree desired; or equivalent education and/or related work experience.

Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates): NA

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience, preferably within the web development industry.

• Working knowledge and experience with Agile Methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, with track record of applying these techniques to drive project success.

• Strong understanding of Next.js and frontend web technologies.

• Experience working in Marketing a plus.

• Experience with WordPress a plus.

• Ability to speak and write in English (preferably B2 level).
