Project Manager WE For JET

Oxfam is a global movement of people working together to end the injustice of poverty.


Do you have experience in project management including managing budgets of different projects, include excellent people management skills, with a good understanding of team development and proven financial management skills?


Do you have experience promoting gender equity, and an active commitment to promoting the interests of marginalized people?


Do you hold bachelor/ master degree in economics, public policy, sociology, or related field?

The Role:


Oxfam in Indonesia is looking for Project Manager, WE for JET who will responsible to deliver WE for JET Project in good quality according to its project Theory of Change (TOC), MEAL Framework, and managing the risk as per risk mitigation plan. Including managing the budget to ensure project accountability in good quality spending.

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:


ESSENTIAL

  • Self-Awareness
  • Agility, Complexity, and Ambiguity
  • Systems Thinking
  • Proven analytical skills and ability to think strategically for project design and to implement the approach
  • Bachelor/ master degree in economics, public policy, sociology, or related field
  • At least 5 years’ proven experience in project management including managing budgets of different projects. This is to include excellent people management skills, with a good understanding of team development and proven financial management skills
  • Sound knowledge on gender mainstreaming in projects and guide project staff herein. Having Knowledge and experience of promoting gender equity, and an active commitment to promoting the interests of marginalized people in all aspects of Oxfam’s work
  • Have a sound judgment regularly within agreed processes using a good understanding of the team and the facilities of the team.

  • Proven evidence of leadership skills including challenging, motivating, and developing a team through periods of change
  • Ability to work with others to develop vision into strategy and communicating and influencing this to a wider audience
