Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program Security Officer to join our team! In this role you will get to interact regularly with a wide range of mission partners and parsons program managers in support of a large program with task orders involving mission partners from across the DoD and the IC.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Personnel security actions with multiple government customers.
• Coordinate with government technical managers and security officers to coordinate personnel security actions.
• Determine necessary personnel security actions required by new customers. Distribute approved and executed DD254s to government, Parsons, and subcontractors as applicable.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• 10+ years of experience
• *Exceptional* communication skills
• Familiarity with personnel security processes both in the DoD and the IC.
• A deep understanding of contract security, i.e. the DD254, SCGs and their respective applications.
• A tenacity to get performers processed within regulations and the mission partner comfort zones.
• A thorough understanding of the NISPOM, ISLs, and ICDs
• Resourcefulness
• Organization skills
• TS SCI government clearance or higher
  

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience as a FSO, CSSO, CPSO, and CSO

Minimum Clearance Required to Start:

Top Secret SCI

Salary Range:

$100,400.00 - $175,700.00
