About the Role
As the Senior Director of Demand Generation at project
44, you'll lead our efforts in driving marketing programs to generate high-quality leads and boost pipeline growth. Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, you'll develop and execute integrated campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness and demand for project
44's solutions. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a focus on optimizing marketing ROI in a dynamic industry landscape.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Demand Generation :
Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation and account-based marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to drive pipeline and bookings growth.
• Cross-functional Collaboration :
Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and integration of demand generation efforts with overall business goals.
• Campaign Development and Execution :
Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across a variety of channels to drive engagement and conversions.
• Performance Analysis and Optimization :
Utilize data-driven insights to continually assess and optimize campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI and effectiveness.
• Team Leadership and Development :
Lead a high-performing demand generation team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
• Market Research and Insights :
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform demand generation strategies and tactics.
Requirements & Preferred Skills
• Professional Experience : 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry, with a track record of driving measurable results.
• Leadership Skills :
Proven ability to lead a team and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic Thinking :
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute complex demand generation strategies that drive business growth.
• Analytical Skills :
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to measure and optimize campaign performance.
• Collaboration :
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Creativity :
Innovative thinker with a creative approach to campaign development and problem-solving.
• Adaptability :
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving industry and adapt strategies to changing market conditions.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
