A dynamic, innovative capital management firm is seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join their team. We are looking for someone smart, eager to learn, and fluent in English, with the ability to execute and grow in the role. Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
Outreach Management: Execute LinkedIn messaging and email outreach for business development purposes, using pre-approved templates. Includes reaching out to leads, following up, and ensuring consistent communication across platforms.
Email Marketing: Assist with setting up and sending email campaigns using Constant Contact or HubSpot, ensuring timely follow-ups. Prior experience isn’t required.
Content Creation: Design flyers and marketing materials using Canva (some proficiency in Canva is a must), leveraging pre-existing templates to enhance outreach efforts.
Lead Tracking: Use HubSpot (preferred but not required) to manage and track leads, updating records and ensuring all engagement is documented.
Community Engagement: Stay up to date with LinkedIn trends and insights, assist with responding to inquiries, and engage with the LinkedIn community to maintain an active presence.
Content Posting: Assist with posting on LinkedIn, and if familiar or willing to learn, help manage content on the company website (WordPress).
Must-Haves:
Canva Proficiency: Strong skills in Canva for creating marketing materials are essential.
Fluent in English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Self-Starter Attitude: Must be proactive, organized, and eager to learn and grow.
Attention to Detail: The ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns and keep track of follow-ups efficiently.
Nice-to-Haves:
HubSpot Familiarity: Experience using HubSpot is a plus but not required. The ability to quickly learn and manage lead data in a CRM system is highly valued.
Startup Experience: Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a strong advantage.
Lead Nurturing Experience: Experience engaging and nurturing warm leads on LinkedIn, fostering strong business relationships, and maintaining communication for potential opportunities.
LinkedIn Expertise: Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and engagement is beneficial but can be taught.
Constant Contact: Knowledge of Constant Contact for email campaigns is a plus.
WordPress Knowledge: Familiarity with WordPress for posting blogs and content is a bonus but can be learned on the job.
