They are highly valued members of our organization and for this reason, Proofpoint heavily invests in their professional growth and empowers them with the resources and support to advance their career interests.About The RoleProgram Strategy Advisor Proofpoint is seeking an experienced and dynamic Pre-Sales Program Expert to focus on how to build successful programs to Protect People and Defend Data by optimizing Proofpoint’s world-class technology solutions globally. This role will lead presales conversations, strategy sessions, and value propositions for organizations looking to operationalize Proofpoint technology solutions. You will use your deep knowledge and experience to advise customers on how they can combine people, process, and technology to achieve their Cybersecurity objectives. This individual will be a major contributor to our aggressive plans regarding market share and positioning holistic programs to solve complex problems in the Cybersecurity space. Candidates for this role can be in any major metropolitan area in the United States.Your day-to-day• As a critical member of the Proofpoint Services Evangelist team, engage with both current customers and prospective customers in person, by phone, and/or video conference, at your discretion.• Conduct and lead services value conversations with internal team members as well as customers and prospects.• Build rapport, trust and credibility with Proofpoint teammates and customers, as they will rely on your expertise and advise how to plan and move forward with major Cybersecurity initiatives.• You may be called upon to assist in presenting in webinars and Proofpoint customer facing events.• You will be able to provide valuable customer insight and real-world experiences to services leadership and will have influence in service design, go-to-market strategy, and pricing.• You will be an expert on Email Security, Security Awareness Training, Information Protection, and Cloud Security.• You will have the chance to use your judgement, share your ideas and form lasting relationships and experiences that will help shape the next steps in your professional journey.
