WinnCompanies is searching for a motivated and enthusiastic Property Accounting Intern to join our team in our Lowell Regional Office. In this role, you will primarily focus on general project organization and basic data analysis, which includes assisting with ongoing projects and preparing data for analysis related to projects.
Ultimately, there are two goals of this internship: the first is to gain exposure to this work through continuous improvement projects and trainings, and the second is to be able to prepare a relevant data analysis presentation for one of the projects.
Please note that this position will work in a hybrid model. The specific in-office/remote schedule will be determined by the hiring manager and the selected candidate.
