Our Property Administrator position is an exciting opportunity to work in an office building like none other in the Denver Market. We're looking for an exciting team member for our a newly renovated building near Downtown Denver. An environment that fosters tenant engagement, hospitality level services, new technologies and open office environment. You'll be part of a six person team, managing the day-to-day operations of a 600,000 square foot four building commercial office portfolio. Three buildings located in Aurora and another near downtown Denver.
Hourly Compensation Range: $23.07~ $25.96 (depending on experience).
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Provide legendary customer service when communicating with tenants, prospective tenants, owners, and vendors.
Assist tenants with area services, contacts, events, etc.
Process AR and AP invoices using Yardi accounting system.
Maintain parking and building access card records using OpenPath and Parkonect System.
Plan and implement tenant events, food trucks, training events, etc.
Assist in maintaining and updating building app via HqO.
Manage conference room access and scheduling system.
Manage social media and technology based systems.
Maintain and monitor Angus Anywhere work order and tenant communication program.
Lease administration activities including maintaining lease and property files, tenant set up, lease changes, generate reports, etc.
Maintain tenant contact, vendor contact list, and insurance information.
Vendor management to include bidding, preparing service contracts, tracking, updating and managing.
Order and maintain adequate stock of office supplies.
Prepare and distribute tenant move-in packages; order tenant gifts as needed.
Support team in the preparation of the monthly reports and annual operation budgets.
Maintain the on-site management office, open Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Provide administrative to the property team and any additional duties assigned by the Property Manager.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
2 year degree preferred but a high school diploma with relevant work experience acceptable.
At least 2 years of clerical, administrative duties (real estate experience is a plus).
Working knowledge of accounts receivable and payable accounting.
Intermediate MS 365 Word, Excel and Outlook required.
Accounting software experience such as Yardi, MRI or Skyline preferred.
Ability to work independently with remote supervision.
Strong customer service orientation, with a can do positive attitude.
Must be able to handle multiple projects and changing priorities.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Ability to keep information strictly confidential.
Strong desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment.
