Property Assistant [Entry Level]

We’re looking for a customer-centric individual who would love to start their career in Commercial Real Estate on-site at a property learning the ins and outs of asset and property management.

Who You Are:

• You have 2 or more years’ experience in a front facing customer service capacity and are generally comfortable with admin duties
• You have some exposure and aptitude for entry level accounting
• You are detail-oriented, organized and professional
• You love mastering new software and taking on projects
• You are best described as exacting when it comes to paperwork, reporting and basic financials
• You have experience with admin functions like coordination of schedules and reporting

What You’ll Do:

• Update and monitor the maintenance work order system and provide organizational support to the Property Management team
• Coordinate with engineering staff to address work orders and handle preventive maintenance schedules
• Learn to assist on preparing and processing all accounts payable for the asset
• Receive tenant calls and follow-up to ensure satisfaction- building relationships and showing off your customer service and emotional intelligence skills
• Work on special projects to ensure the asset is top notch – by working closely with team members and managerial staff
