Property Intern

As a Property Maintenance Intern, a typical day might include the following:

Under direct supervision, perform daily custodial maintenance duties of basic complexity including but not limited to sweeping, dusting, scrubbing, mopping, trash removal and appropriate response to requests as needed.
Complete routine deliveries and stocking as directed.
Assist with grounds keeping, personnel moves, and routine floor care (operation of machinery will be in strict accordance with regulatory guidance based upon age, for those under 18 years old no equipment with hard blades will be used).
Ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; perform routine maintenance as required.
Follow workplace safety guidelines, environmental practices, and area processes.

Lift and maneuver 40 pounds frequently
