This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial management across our residences. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in property accounting, with a preference for those who have worked within the affordable housing or assisted living sectors.Key responsibilities include:• Managing financial transactions and reporting.• Ensuring accurate account reconciliations.• Participating in the monthly close process.• Preparing month-end financial reports.• Assisting in year-end audits.The successful candidate will possess an associate’s degree in accounting or finance (bachelor’s preferred), proficiency with Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office Suite, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication and leadership skills.Initially, this role requires in-office presence to ensure proper acclimation to our processes, with potential for a hybrid schedule after 1-3 months based on performance and familiarity with the role.
