The Principal Change Advisor provides Prosci's clients with support and guidance for medium to large scale projects with varying degrees of complexity and risk. You will lead a team of change analysts and advisors or work independently depending on the client in creating a client experience that leads to change success and builds change capability within the organization for future success. This position will provide you the opportunity to coach executives and assist them in their change journey.

Benefits
Work Location: Fully Remote, or at the client or Prosci site. For this role, candidates must be based in the Denmark.
