The persons in this position will maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and co-workers by monitoring premises and performing search procedures.Hourly starting wage: $29/hour.Prosegur offers a whole suite of benefit options. We offer competitive wages and exciting company resources.Responsibilities:• Track employee time and attendance• Monitor alarms and electronic security systems• Track the progress of security patrols• Receive calls from interior guard posts• Respond to client requests• Facilitate incident response efforts• Initiate notification and escalation procedures• Document significant incidents• Perform primary analysis of operational procedures• Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional mannerQualifications:• High school diploma or GED equivalent• Must have 1 year of experience as a SOC Analyst• Must have open availability to work all shifts and schedules• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required• Minimum 1 year of call center experience required• Must have reliable transportation• Must have good communications skills• Ability to stand or walk for long periods• Must be able to walk/run flights of stairs on a daily basis.• Ability to think clearly during crisis or high-stress periods• Must be reliable, have a positive attitude, and uphold ethicalState License #116058Prosegur is a world leader in the private security industry.
