These people selected will have a strong work ethic and quality customer service skills.• * Experience working in a tech or data center environment is required **Position Type: Full-Time, Part-TimeShift Type: All ShiftsWorking Days: VariedHourly Rate: $28Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:• Interacting with a variety of persons including clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees and the general public.• Enforcing client and company policies and procedures.• Badge Compliance.• Respond, compile and report all information in regard to theft, alarms, accidents and other incidents that may occur.• Observe and report all unusual activity.• Report all building utility/ service issues as observed and instructed to facilities.• Notify, assist and direct emergency personnel as necessary.• Security access of authorized personnel into building including visitors and their employee sponsors, client employees and / or contractors.• Dispatch patrol to allow access to authorized personnel for secured areas.• Dispatch patrol to check and/ or secure access areas into and onto client's premises, as well as, highly sensitive locations within the buildings.• Monitor the movements and locations of all account security personnel in order to expedite service requests, emergency responses and to ensure employee safety.• Operate telephone and radio equipment• Prepare all required written reports, including but not limited to: Dispatch logs, Incident Reports, and all required logs.• Responsible for the proper operation and monitoring of all life safety, access control and loss prevention systems and related sub-systems.• Respond to system alarms and notifies the appropriate response resources as directed by procedure.• Responsible for the proper operation and monitoring of all security telephone, paging, radio and intercom communication systems.• Maintains and operates video surveillance system and equipment.• Maintain 100% uptime on alarm reliabilityCA PPO 120931 #WER123Education Requirements (Any)High School Diploma/GED EquivalentCertification Requirements (All)Security License, Level I , Level II, Level IIIAdditional Information / BenefitsProsegur is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity and inclusion at our company.
