Digital Marketing Manager

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our overall digital marketing strategy. You will utilize your expertise in various digital channels to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, data-driven strategist, and effective communicator who can collaborate across departments to achieve marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversion across various platforms including but not limited to social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.

  2. Manage and optimize the company's website and other digital assets to ensure optimal user experience, functionality, and search engine visibility.

  3. Utilize analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

  4. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, and incorporate innovative strategies to keep the company ahead of the competition.

  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and creative to align digital marketing efforts (including campaigns) with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5 years) in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaign management and results-driven performance.

  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.

  • Proficiency in analytics platforms and Hubspot, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

  • Strong project management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity in content development.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
