About us:

Protex AI is a VC-backed technology company building a privacy-preserving computer vision platform to enable proactive Health and Safety (EHS) workflows. We leverage the domain knowledge of EHS teams to help our computer vision system understand the concept of danger, preventing accidents before they occur. In this role, you will:

  • Sell into the world’s largest manufacturers, distributors & logistics companies.

  • Be responsible for closing new logos and then working with Client Success for the first 6-12 months to expand those new logos as much and as quickly as possible. 

  • You'll collaborate with our dedicated SDR team in addition to actively contributing to your own pipeline development through self-directed prospecting initiatives.

  • Spend ±1 week a month in the field, including attending 3-6 tradeshows a year and visits to potential clients

What you will bring: 

  • Demonstrated Sales experience 

    • 7+ years working in a Sales role. 2+ years selling SaaS into Enterprise

    • 2+ years of $1M+ quota, $150k+ ACV deals, and closing sales cycles of 6+ months

    • Demonstrated experience in both closing + expanding strategic accounts

    • Demonstrated experience consistently outperforming targets 

  • Ownership and urgency

    • When faced with challenges, whether they’re of your own making or not, you do everything in your power to solve them. For instance, if pipeline needs strengthening, you might:

      • Help up-skill SDRs  

      • Make up for the gap with your own pipeline generation

  • Communication and trust

    • You can build trust and rapport with everyone from front-line teams on the factory floor to the C-suite of a Fortune 500 company

    • You are clear, concise, authentic & empathetic

  • Customer obsession

    • Your success is measured by helping customers grow from initial pilots to full-scale implementations. To achieve this, you:

      • Think long term & act in the best interest of the customer 

      • Collaborate closely with other teams (Customer Success, Product, Engineering) to ensure we over deliver

      • Excel at strategic deal qualification, clear expectation setting, and cross-functional teamwork to exceed customer goals
