As a Partnerships Manager at Protex AI, you will be the first on the ground to own this channel play a significant part in driving overall revenue.
Your responsibilities will include:
Ultimately Generating pipeline via referrals / affiliate partnerships and resellers.
Being the subject matter expert in Protex AI’s partner offerings, including managing insurance partnerships, with an in-depth understanding that enables you to effectively empower and educate both internal and external teams.
Articulating Protex AI’s value proposition to partners, driving successful engagements and partnerships.
Maintaining positive working relationships and regular communication with all our Partners and managing funnel/
Working closely with the Protex AI and Partners’ Sales and Customer teams to provide them with the value proposition of each partnership, supporting both internal and external Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
Collaborating with the Protex AI Product, Marketing and Sales teams to identify suitable partners and map out their journey, develop a robust Go-to-Market (GTM) plan with well-defined objectives and metrics.
Implementing co-marketing initiatives, including case studies, webinars, blog posts, podcasts, etc., in collaboration with partners to enhance their growth and scale.
Representing Protex AI at global partner and industry conferences and events.
Collaborating with Protex AI's Finance and Legal teams to negotiate and oversee partner contracts
Leveraging tools such as Crossbeam/Reveal to enhance partner collaboration, identify mutual opportunities, and strengthen our joint initiatives.
Efficiently monitor and record all partner lead data in our CRM (Hubspot)
Navigating and resolving conflicts that may arise with partners
Documenting our team's internal processes on all partners to ensure robust knowledge sharing within Protex AI.
Identifying streamlined methods for easy and real-time reporting.
Required skills include:
1-3 years of experience in a commercial role within the tech industry, with a preference for experience in managing insurance partnerships (a bonus)
Proven track record in building and nurturing long-term relationships, including SVP and C suite level
Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving KPIs.
Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities and threats.
Ability to develop and execute business strategies for partnership growth
Data-driven, using analytics to optimise partnership performance.
Adaptable to organizational and external changes.
Customer-focused with a deep understanding of customer needs, including those of insurance partners.
Collaborative, working effectively with stakeholders.
Conflict resolution skills for constructive problem-solving.
Strong time management to meet deadlines.
Ambitious and driven to achieve results and contribute to growth in an ambitious start up
