The Specialist-Patient Safety (PSS) develops and administers programs and interventions that support a safe environment for patients of Providence Health & Services Oregon. Through proactive risk assessment, event investigation, and data analysis, the PSS identifies risk areas and mitigation strategies. The PSS provides consultation and education to members of the care delivery team to help create an environment of continuous quality and process improvement.
