Provider Success Associate

Provider Success Associates focus on fully supporting and engaging with the Hims & Hers provider community to help ensure their short and long term success on the Hims & Hers platform. Provider Success Associates give world-class support to the provider network and develop solutions to help streamline the provider experience. Provider Success Associates are creative, dedicated, and motivated, and love solving problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist providers by answering questions, solving technical issues, and working internally to solve provider problems.
  • Work collaboratively with the Operations, Product, Customer Service, and Medical Affairs teams to address provider issues and streamline processes.
  • Manage provider content, including compiling communication and training, updating resources, and streamlining workflows.
  • Identify trends and common issues impacting providers and propose long term solutions to mitigate problems.
  • Develop and promote processes to facilitate streamlined work for the team and cross-functionally.
  • Be an extraordinary team member: low ego, high humility, and partnership oriented.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of work experience in customer support, community management, or operations
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal: Confidently and clearly know what, when, and how to get a message across
  • Self-starter aptitude and ability to work independently: At ease working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and managing competing priorities
  • Technologically-savvy and able to learn new platforms quickly
  • Tremendous attention to detail
