To insure GSOC is in compliance with all cybersecurity initiatives as the regulatory landscape evolves. To act as liason between GSOC, IT, and CSRC regarding all maintenance, patching, and security concerns.Job Responsibilities• Update and maintain GSOC processes and controls as it relates to our Cyber Security program• Maintains evidence documentation for TSA CIP as it relates to GSOC Assets• Maintains monitoring tools used within GSOC• Work with IT on overlapping functions• Reports to System Reliability Manager to fulfill the requirements of the GSOC Cyber Security Program• Responds to Security IncidentsJob Specific QualificationsRequired• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; Information Systems; Cybersecurity; Engineering with at least 6 years of relevant work experience or, in lieu of a degree, at least 10 years of relevant work experience• Must posess a Valid US Driver's license• Must be able to pass the NERC CIP qualification (requires background check be performed prior to start)• Experience working with Linux & Windows security, SIEM, Cyber Security, firewall rule analysis, encryption, identity & access control systems, anti-malware, vulnerability assessment & managementDesired• Security certifications in incident response, cyber investigation, forensics, or threat huntingMinimum Years of Experience6 years of experienceEducationBachelorsCertificationsNone NotedDisclaimerCertain positions at the Company may require you to have access to Part 810-Controlled Information.
